MRT Engines B.V. (previously Motoren Revisie Techniek) was founded in 1987. MRT is a professional rebuild company that rebuilds mainly diesel engines of German, Asian and French cars and vans. MRT Engines B.V. is one of the largest, independent rebuild companies in Europe, having more than 80 employees, spread over our production facilities in the Netherlands and Poland, We do not just rebuild combustions engines, but also parts thereof, such as cylinder heads, connecting rods, crankshafts, etc.
We always rebuild our engines according to a fixed protocol, as described below. The entire engine is disassembled and cleaned. Subsequently, each part is evaluated for quality. The main components, such as the engine block, the crankshaft and the connecting rods are machine-processed using the most modern equipment. The cylinder head is almost always renewed. Where necessary, the other parts will be repaired and adapted by our craftsmen. When the part components are ready for assembly, the new parts such as pistons, bearings and gaskets will already be in place so the mechanic can assemble the engine. Because of the various section and end inspections, combined with the use of first class parts, we are able to produce a product that is as good as a new product. It is, therefore, that with confidence we can give warranty to all our quality products.
To ensure a quick service, we deliver all products from our rebuild program on the basis of exchange. We have a large quantity of exchange products in stock to get you back onto the road as soon as possible. In our exchange program we collaborate with the following brands: Mercedes, Volkswagen, Audi, Skoda, Seat, Toyota, Mitsubishi, Nissan, Mazda, Suzuki, SSangyong, Hyundai, Kia, Volvo, Ford, Peugeot, Citroën and Renault
In addition to our exchange program, you can also contact us for a commission rebuild. We can rebuild the entire engine, or parts of it. MRT Engines B.V. only employ craftsmen and our workshop is equipped with the most modern equipment to transform your faulty engine (part) into a quality product that you will enjoy for many years to come.
Refurbishment of cylinder heads
Sometimes instead of refurbishing the entire engine, it is sufficient to simply refurbish the cylinder heads. You can ask us to refurbish your existing cylinders, but you can also decide on an exchange. You can also get identical, but already refurbished cylinder heads from our inventory. This service is generally quicker than commissioned work.
